    • "The album was a commercial success, debuting at number one on the US Billboard 200 chart, while receiving mostly positive reviews."

    • Was number 1 for 4 weeks

    • Went double platinum after a few months

    • Has a grammy nominated song with Lauryn hill

Oh wow an album debuted well probably because the album before it created excitement. Exactly what I said.

The thing that irritates me about "andre is top 5" is the fact that for what. Outkast? You can't have Outkast without Big Boi.

Guest verses? We REALLY putting niggas in top 5 off of guest verses? If that's the case Busta Rhymes over 3K. He got a DEAL off his guest verse.

Like c'mon. I'd give Cee-Lo (pre-pop era) more of a chance than Andre just off catalog and having the body of work to back it up.

Niggas wanna talk facts but get mad at other people having more success and using that against them. Yeah yall not fans yall mentally deranged clowns

I get what you mean but Andre’s performances justify being involved in a discussion about the top 5, even if he doesn’t have a solo album.

  • Mar 30, 2021

He literally has the best case.

Well that was a wrong statement that was meant to be mainstream in general. But yes, I concede the point to you.

Why do yall hate Nas so much?

    Grif

If you’re trying to assess the greatest rappers of all time you have to consider the totality of hip hop, and Nas has a much stronger case in that sense than nearly everyone else you named.

Where does Cam rank for y’all overall?

And where does strictly his peak rank for y’all?

  • Mar 30, 2021

he brings the heat only when he is in tag-team with andrè.

Some cool track there and there but I won't like Andrè to drop music if it's forgettable

Even mainstream wise Nas was pretty big well until 2008 that's why his Untitled album was so controversial.

He was a big artist still
