We never stopped bro. I go back to that album a lot. Was never a big Pac fan growing up but finally gave him a good listen over the summer and really found his s*** to age super well for the most part. All Eyez On Me is so good. Not too many rappers got a mic presences like Pac did

BMZ is right, this footage is definitely post All Eyez On Me. I wonder what project he was talking about in this clip. Could it have been the 2Pac & Outlawz album they were working on? Possibly the One Nation album? Although I don't think that one's likely, since he had to reach out to so many different artists from the east coast, west coast and midwest, that it would've taken much longer than 2 weeks to complete.
It's hard to pinpoint specifically which project he was talking about since he was working on so many while he was on Death Row.
