he made a couple videos about it. he was a big hamilton fan and he went to his house to record a verse but it was a setup to get robbed ROFL

ah, i remember seeing that
What's a goon to a hedgehog?
my favorite song of his by far
Definitely a top 10 Hamilton track for me, everything about it hits

at least he thought it was. Whether it actually was we don't know
my favorite song of his by far
what a mixtape
what a time that was
how many classic tapes does charles have
Depends how you define classic

Hamiltonization process was ahead of its time fam, 8 projects all align to introduce the people to him and his sound... was a really left-field idea at the time lol
saw that DJ NICK (A$AP Ant engineer) doing a documentary on Charles so...

Woah !! Forgot about The Come Down. Heaven Can Wait is my favorite off that tape.
When they play that January 28th beat CH just goes off. Always thought his freestyling was underrated.
DJ Nick hosted some beat tapes for Charles too.

i feel like there are some tapes that would be considered classics if they were released as albums
like
the pink lavalamp
my brain is alive
sonic the hamilton
well isn't this awkward
staff development
grow wing pains
it's charles hamilton
this perfect life
prolly more i'm forgetting
but those are the ones i mean
i guess we all have our personal favorites
but i feel like there are some tapes that are a cut above the others even if we love them
idk if that makes sense

Gotcha gotcha. Definitely feel like if many of these were label-backed, full-on album releases, they'd be much more heralded.
Over the years I'd say that The Pink Lavalamp , Well Isn't This Awkward, and My Brain Is Alive have been the most celebrated from Starchasers, at least from my point of view.
Personally I always felt like This Perfect Life was always criminally underrated too, everything from the production down to the concept.
With Hamiltonization Process projects, though, since they came so fast, a lot of people didn't have the time to fully digest them and give them their just due.
