Tbh I'm unfamilair about Islam but I do know that most cultures recogonize the deluvian or pre-Noah flood living. From what I'm understanding, the Annunaki or the Sumerian gods were/are (yea are lol) a ruling monarchy starting with Adam and was at its popularity during the time of Nimrod. In essence, the Annunaki are the Seed of Cain. The Wisdom of Cain more importantly. When we're talking about Greek-Egyptian (Kemetic) and Babylonian mythology, we're talking about kings that actually lived but they're deified as gods.

One of the reasons why I say the annunaki are descendants of Cain is because of the land in Iraq known as Bad-Tibira. Lets look at Tubal Cain:

Now I'm supposing that Dummuzid the Shepherd was Tubalcain because Tubal is literally a woman's fillopian tubes, so He'd be an offspring or the Shepard of the way of Cain. The seed of cain is a pretty distinctive and controversial topic which ive usually seen discussed as either the Mark/Curse of Cain or the Serpent Seed (the latter bearing less truth since its apocryphal). in the actual bible, the descendants of cain include Enoch, of which whose descendents include Jabal, Jabal, Naamah & Tubal. There is actually a demon named Naamah who depending on the source material is considered a different entity. The important of Tubal is the inventor of alchemy and science, where Jubal was the inventor of music (entertainment), and Jabal was the inventor of agriculture. The descendents of cain are usually used as both a literal and figurative means of showing the difference in descendants; the seed of cain bore materialism and material reality both literally and figuratively (therefore following the curse of cain), whereas the seed of Seth resulted in the lineage of spirituality (the line of prophets, leaders, etc). The usual interpretation of the Annunaki is that they were the result of either the nephilim themselves or the result of the nephilim mating with humans

also @Bestowed it depends if you consider the Book of Enoch (different Enoch than the above Cain->Enoch) canonical or not but most information about the nephilim (and the Watchers) come from the book of enoch itself, the book of giants (where the book of enoch comes from) definitely describes the origin of the nephilim being a separate distinction of the lineage of evil apart from the Eden story & Abel/Cain story. however the interesting part of the book of giants is the affiliation with sumerian mythology itself, so if you want to draw the conclusion of the annunaki it makes more sense to base it off of the book of enoch/book of giants/book of watchers since there is direct correlation. the book of enoch is also one of the few apocryphal books to exist in proto-Ethiopian languages too interestingly enough

The idea of getting high on adrenochrome comes from a novel by Hunter S Thompson. It is a real chemical compound, but it has no recreational value. In the Thompson novel, he said you need to harvest it from the glands of a live human for it to have recreational value, so the QAnon and Trump people took that and ran with it, accusing Hilary Clinton and Ellen DeGeneres and such of harvesting it from victims of their supposed human trafficking ring.

I think that's based on how meat is being harvested from animals in slaughterhouses (they supposedly torture them before killing them because adrenochrome is secreted when the body is under heavy stress)
