this was pretty good. nothing too noteworthy but I love that em is a chill guy, you know? the way he talks about s*** is real down to earth and he seems as at ease in his persona as he ever has been. and 12 years sober or whatever it is. so blessed he didn't OD.

yea it was cool but I'm lowkey a bit tired of him always talking about the same stuff with people, like the one with crooked i was over an hour in length but all they talked about was his admiration for hip hop and all we already know and heard him talk about for the past decade and stuff...
would've loved if they digested the new album more and give em room to talk about the thought process behind certain songs and stuff.
but im rambling this was cool to see and you're right he's more chilled and relaxed than ever before and more comfortable in his skin too
new song with jessie is out there
edit: sounds like some revival era mid nothing to see here folks
anyone got the picture of Eminem playing basketball when he was fat after proof died? cant find it anywhere
Does anyone remember when he was gonna drop The Funeral?
It was suppose to be 2 disk with the second disk being his greatest hits
I believe he was tryna retire after TES
King Mathers LP is the other unreleased em project, he worked on it before Relapse iirc
Some of the coolest leaks I’ve ever heard. Encore to Relapse is such an abrupt switch in style, it’s really cool to hear what came in between:
That 2nd verse on The Apple is some of his best storytelling
A ranking of the best songs from Eminem's last 3 albums (Revival, Kamikaze, M2BMB)
1 The Ringer
2 Fall
3 Castle
4 Godzilla
5 Darkness
6 Arose
7 I WIll
8 You Gon Learn
9 Never Love Again
10 Not Alike
11 Stepping Stone
I actually... agree with this Stepping stone gets 0 love for no reason

yea stepping stone is dope. the singer on the hook maybe turns some people off but its a very small part of the song.
looking back at my list, I wasn't that high on Godzilla when the album first dropped but it really grew on me, even the fast rap part at the end. it's a fun song and has gotten a lot of spins from me. I love that Darkness and Godzilla were his two singles... that's exactly the kind of singles he should be putting out. not shooting for cheesy pop appeal with rihanna or skylar or sheeran. seems like he learned that lesson after the negative response to revival.
#7 through #11 could probably be re-arranged in any order but that list is on point.

Agree for sure. Godzilla might be the most accessible song he's dropped in years...
The production actually sounds like some s*** that would drop in 2020 which I think was another problem on his last 2 albums. And because the production is so minimal and fun, dude could really have done anything he wanted to flow-wise.
Juice WRLD feature was also a really good choice. The past couple albums Em hasn't gotten features that people want to hear if we're being honest. The hook on Godzilla is so good & I'm glad it wasn't just a cash grab. Only complaint is Juice didn't get to spit a verse
