Am I wrong? Can you please enlighten me on how Taliban clerics justify muslim lives being lost as a result of a bombers collateral damage.

Justify? Do you think they wanted to get blown up? They didn't even want to be in the country. Your brain is diseased with Islamophobia.

You shoud be more worried about the mental health of the suicide bomber and them crazy american soldiers shooting at innocent people. Their brain is diseased with f***ed up ideologies.

Nobody wants anyone to blow up except the suicide bomber and his mullah. The mullah justifies the loss of innocent muslim lives as a result of collateral damage by giving the bomber the fatwa so that he doesnt question and accept it because heaven is choice and people will be fine in the end according to the fatwa. You get it now?

Oh well according to the fatwa that Taliban leaders use to brainwash suicide bombers and justify collateral damage Allah will reward all the dead muslims in heaven. It's an auto entrance. Afghan Taliban is pleased with the results.

Radical indoctrination speaks more to the geopolitical/socio-economic state of a religion’s follower, not the religion itself.

Do they think they’re fighting for their home, ideals, beliefs - or financially disenfranchised in need of income? Much easier to indoctrinate.

Are 2B people who follow a religion all evil & “out to get you”? Absolutely not.

A mullah can go into a wealthy & powerful neighbourhood and try to preach radical fatwas in the hopes to incite something, and he’ll get slapped up or pistol whipped.

In an impoverished neighborhood? He’s the answer to their prayers.

Yeah 100% true.. But it is also up to other muslims to call them out on it. Sadly the majority are quite or instead yelling islamophobia.. what has sistani said about taliban ?? zilch,,... i aint even gonna name the sunni ones... their silence shows where they stand

The "educated" ones need educating too mate

Give Islamic countries some time to hopefully progress, advance & find a balance. Christianity was x100 more brutal & vicious then Islam earlier on. Mfs forgot about the crusades, inquisitions & colonialism.

The only thing is, the Quran is unchangeable therefore it’ll take much longer, if it even happens at all.

Hitler was raised in a Catholic household, do we say that the genocide was Christian terrorism?

You are correct. Christianity had a 600 year head start to mellow out. With Islam tho man it feels like it's going backward lately.

I've actually heard muslims say that about hitler.. many thiests blame athiests for what stalin and mao did too. So yeah happens all across the board i guess. It is not right tho. I never tried to paint all muslims with the same brush. But mullahs are built different.

You are right. Reform and change wont come easy. Quran is held in such high regard after all it is 'The Miracle'. Do you understand arabic? Have you read it? Is it actually a literary miracle ? To me The translation is unimpressive. The imagery kinda weak and it repeats n repeats itself. Also the argument that non believers cant supposedly write a chapter like the quran so that it must be from god is weak. Can anyone write a play just like Shakespeare?? If no does that mean those are the words of god?

my realistic assumption of what happened is after the bombing some troops panicked and assumed they were under attack, and fired live rounds in retaliation. it's unlikely soldiers just randomly openly fired and afghans and then covered it up with a bombing. the gravel tweet is also leaving out something kind of important as well, which is that in the actual primary source the afghans say it was foreign soldiers including Turkish soldiers who fired during the confusion, not just singling out America.

i too saw the Turkish soldiers part
agree it's unlikely it was a "coverup"
just feel like it's unprincipled as a soldier, idk. not sure cause I wasn't there but just seems like wanton murder

Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, it's 100% unprincipled and it's just as embarrassing as when police officers "panic shoot" someone who clearly isn't a hostile target. If this is true the soldiers who did so need to be discharged immediately. I just dislike how the tweet thread (and similar ones adjacent) are making this seem like some type of conspiracy. Misrepresenting things is like one of my biggest pet peeves. Like you dont need to frame things for an agenda to make the argument the US's military interests are corrupt and inhumane. There's enough inarguable material in plain sight for that.

People particularly muslims should focus on the real issue and stop it before it gets worse. Islam is being abused. You cant have mullahs that spread fatwas in charge!!! here in this case the fatwa is used to brainwash a suicide bomber to believe the collateral damage the "Martyr" Muslims are the lucky ones cause they go straight to heaven. Muslims need to stand up against this. A reform is needed or the religion will lose its meaningful purpose.

In parallel, it’s no secret among intel circles in Eurasia that ISIS-K has become disproportionally more powerful since 2020 because of a transportation ratline from Idlib, in Syria, to eastern Afghanistan, informally known in spook talk as Daesh Airlines.

Moscow and Tehran, even at very high diplomatic levels, have squarely blamed the US-UK axis as the key facilitators. Even the BBC reported in late 2017 on hundreds of ISIS jihadis given safe passage out of Raqqa, and out of Syria, right in front of the Americans.

"The north of Afghanistan is turning into a support base for international terrorism led by the ISIS Afghan wing that is building a stronghold for implementing destructive plans in the spirit of the "caliphate's" notorious ideology," Lavrov said.

The Russian diplomat said Moscow has brought its concerns to the attention of the United Nations and the United States, but has not received a response. Russian officials say IS intends to use its Afghan bases to destabilize Central Asian republics, Moscow's close allies.

"Many heads of Afghan provinces have claimed they have repeatedly spotted helicopters without identifying insignia that were flying towards ISIS-controlled territories in Afghanistan," Lavrov maintained.

    Biden has been playing them

This hadith here is particularly used by islamists to justify moral policing. And Biden god damn said it to gain their love. On surface the words are pretty and sound good but the interpretation can be purely evil. Hadiths are abused. Islam needs a reform.

I'm really interested to see the proof of what Nasrallah says. And also proof of what SANA say.

Because while I know the cia does f***ery, this is a huge claim that warrants evidence

And also the killing of Solemaini was illegal and wrong, but this isn't the reason it was bad. It was bad because it was an abuse of hegemony and against international law
