    Aren't the taliban against lending money? If so doesn't that simplify the banking system

    Islamic lending exists in disguised ways so that’s probably what the talibans follow

    I'm really interested to see the proof of what Nasrallah says. And also proof of what SANA say.

    Because while I know the cia does f***ery, this is a huge claim that warrants evidence

    And also the killing of Solemaini was illegal and wrong, but this isn't the reason it was bad. It was bad because it was an abuse of hegemony and against international law

    See the other posts above. Lavrov also talks about these mysterious helicopters being reported by Afghans. We have the example of US forces allowing ISIS fighters to leave Raqqa and regroup elsewhere as reported by the BBC.

    Here's an article solely about this stuff:
    realalexrubi.substack.com/p/did-the-us-support-the-growth-of

    Also, it's documented that the current leader of ISIS (not ISIS-K) was was a prison snitch who assisted the US in assassinating the previous #2 in ISIS:

    washingtonpost.com/national-security/isis-leader-us-informant/2021/04/07/354133d4-97d4-11eb-962b-78c1d8228819_story.html

    In concrete terms, Soleimani was a much bigger threat to ISIS than to the US. Moralizing or legalizing it aside, his assassination benefited them greatly.

    Lots of wealth transfers occur outside of official banking channels

    It was good for the iranian people and they dodged a bullet when a radical terrorist whom the government was propogandizing into a national hero got blown to pieces. Still it was morally a bad thing to do, should have been arrested and trialed for his war crimes .

    @TragedyGhaddafi

    He is correct. And the Mullahs want to keep it this way because this system is their bread and butter... guess who authorizes the transactions !!?? I think you can figure out how the system plays out...

  • @TragedyGhaddafi

    What i said is how it was used to run but taliban will eventually evolve and in our life time if we are unlucky and they are still in power we are going to witness the evolution of Taliban... they are going to evolve and the banks are going to give loans and interests... the Mullahs are going to assume the positions of CEOs and continue to reap the benefits!!!

    Pay close attention ...

    Trump would've lost interest. Bernie would've been couped. Hillary would've done a surge. Biden's entire career was leading up to this moment. It didn't redeem his life, but it's as close as he can come to honoring his son's death.

    In this moment, with a million caveats and endless work to be done still, I am proud of the President. It's an office I despise atop a country that I fear, but this is proof it can be used for good. May it be used for only good until it is abolished. DONDA out now

  • Here is how politics religion and war business work

    Told by one of the ex Fatemion (iranian shia militia) fighters.

    For some context;
    The Iran regimme goes to impoverished areas in neighbouring countries to recruit members for shia militias (they pay good too). There are a lot of afghans that join and the irani commanders often put them in the front line..

    One time in syria they were on a mission and they came across isis fighters,, they sent the afghans ahead to initiate contact and for some reason they started speaking and could understand each other. So they did a ceasefire within themselves. Turns out the fatemion guys were afghans and the isis guys were uzbeks from the same area...

    Thats how war business works.. the americans are paying the uzbeks and the iranians are paying the afghans in this case.

    The moral of the story is that if these guys didnt have blind fanatic believes then none of them would have been there. The warlords wouldnt be able to recruit... people are fighting for the wrong reasons.

    The non educated people arent even to blame. The real c***s are the educated guys that understand the situation but arent willing to let go of an ideology.
