Use a 10lb plate to roll the first 45 on one side to raise the bar and it’s easier to put weights on and off

no this bump is from the bar because i remember it went away during the pandemic when the gyms were closed and now its back
today was f***ed, i was squatting and then i went down to fast and did not have enough in me to get back into position so i dropped the bar thankfully no one was around me but i got back up re stacked those mfs and finished my set
