    I’ve been doing seated calf raises with DB’s at home. Something different. Feels good

    also where is good to buy weights or home videos for working out i have been improvising using things i would never think imaginable to use as working out equipment

    Equipment is really hard to come by rn, but you can do body weight routines. Check out athlean x

    I was tryna cut for summer before the pandemic so this kinda worked out for me, doing more cardio than I’ve ever done before

    30 min fasted cardio in the morn

    At night I’ve just been doing push-ups, crunches, Russian twists, curls (I only Got a 40lb barbell) squats, lunges, and burpees

    Need to order a pull up bar to keep getting some back work in, but besides that I’ve still been dropping weight

    Keep pushing boys

    this might be a dumb question but if you take a lot of amino acids does it effect your sleep sometimes? or gives you extra energy?

    apps not sure seach youtube 4 videos apps for counting carbs google them

    THENX. They have a channel on YouTube too where it’s mostly calisthenics workouts but they have routines with weights as well
