im doing like 30 min cardio in a morning and some 20 to 30 minute home workouts the thing is eating good its hard as hell when u spend 24 hours in the house
also where is good to buy weights or home videos for working out i have been improvising using things i would never think imaginable to use as working out equipment

is a 25 lb kettlebell too light
If it works for you it works. It’s better than nothing and rn it might be a little hard to get any other equipment. If it’s too light for you superset, do longer sets, shorter intervals

See a physio when you can and get it x-rayed as well. If there's damage inside you might need surgery, hopefully not and they can just help you rehab. Otherwise icing and anything else to alleviate pain/inflammation.
I used hamstring slides for awhile as it helped get rid of some consistent knee pain for me oddly enough


Being in lockdown has also meant I can work on my overall flexibility and mobility which may help.
