If you have problems reaching proper depth than squat shoes are great. They have a higher heel-toe drop to make it easier to get down in the hole. Feels more natural and my hip flexors don’t get tight in the hole. They’re also very stable.
I use the Reebok legacy lifter 3’s because you can basically always find a sale on em. Also I liked the cherry red ones.

normal squat i even went heavier and i usually put a lot more pressure on my ankle but with the shoes it felt more stable
Started this morning with a short WOD, which was intensive:
19Min AMRAP
3Min
3 Power Clean 70kg
6 Pushups
9 Air Squats
1 min rest
Got a total of 19 sets which was fine, lost tons of sweat as well. Then got to work and after work I directly did an interval training as prep for the marathon.

8x 800m interval faster than 4min/km
Cooling down
Run felt really really really though but I managed. Feeling after the last interval was like I climbed a mountain. Time for some solid food and a good night of rest.
