Truthfully no but I have never succumbed to peer pressure before. I get why people are tempted though. Admittedly I also irrationally look down on people who do it who aren’t competing

I’ve never strategically thought out how many sets per exercise to do and how many exercises to do per muscle . I kinda just do 4-5 sets and as many till I get to an hour at the gym as far as exercises go. Yall got an optimal number?

8-15 reps per set ideal if u wanna be serious
Otherwise as long as ur making progress with the way ur doing it I don’t see an issue personally

10-20 working sets per body part a week is usually optimal
Working set is defined as withing 3-4 reps to failure
