    These are actually pretty though if you do them longer than a minute. But a great excercise

    i just usually stick to hanging leg raises for abs planks and some times russian twists

    These are fine too, I just like to vary with them every couple weeks. Escpecially for side abs

    Start with short periods and build on top of that. I started with 3x 20sec I think.
