These are actually pretty though if you do them longer than a minute. But a great excercise
We swapped the WOD today for a powerlifting workout at my crossfit box. This was extremely fun to do
thinking im done lifting weights just gonna stick to muay thai and pilates maybe mix in weights once a week bc i love leg day
if i dont feel like killed myself/kill the gym session then that means i did not have a good workout

These are fine too, I just like to vary with them every couple weeks. Escpecially for side abs

Start with short periods and build on top of that. I started with 3x 20sec I think.
