I do dumbbell curls every other day and I can do 35s with good form and technique as working weight now
I bought iron master adjustable dumbbells and use those at home when I don’t feel like going to the gym
dont do arms every other day even though your getting compliments your over working them you also got to focus on other parts of your body to strengthen them too
I was before but now I do smith machine squats. I’ve been doing 180 lbs and I’m 188 rn (down from 210)
My legs were my best feature before lifting (from holding up my fat) so I’ve been coasting but need to dial it up
dont use a smith machine for squats too do it the normal way just saying

dead lifts are amazing when done right with proper form it helps everything
doing mesos now and im on my second one, theres definitely a difference plus I can finally figure out when to take it easy or to go hard

Don’t worry I don’t only train arms it’s just my main focus. I realized my recovery is kinda insane for arms in general (I don’t really get sore) so I’ve been trying to blast them
For example yesterday was my 5th day in a row at the gym and I did dumbbell shoulder press and chest press. Really I’m just focused on upper body
Regarding smith squats I do agree normal are better but I go to planet fitness 50% of the time and crunch 50% of the time so half the time it’s the only thing available. I also go close to failure so I’d need a spotter without smith

No i mostly do it because im neurotic and i love the consistency of it. And also because it makes me more attractive. But if you do it just to look good for other men, you have to accept you’re either gay or somewhat weird
