hit legs for the 2nd time this week because monday gyms are closed for our thanksgiving and funny enough i did more weight today then i did when i did legs on monday also did one legged calf raises and s*** killed like a MF

i used straps for that one but usually do mixed grip i did 3 plates + 20 for five reps last i counted
i want to work on my overhand grip though

try doing it straight grip lower weight to strengthen your grip
When you go more often, switch between zone 2 and 3 for endurance

Different zones on different days. Ideally you want more low intensity to increase overall endurance (zone 2) and mix that with an interval or high paced training to improve speed.
