    let myself go during the summer and gained 30 pounds

    locked back in last week and down 12 just stopped drinking and went back to my old diet

    dont drink if you do vodka water or red wine

    hit legs for the 2nd time this week because monday gyms are closed for our thanksgiving and funny enough i did more weight today then i did when i did legs on monday also did one legged calf raises and s*** killed like a MF

    i used straps for that one but usually do mixed grip i did 3 plates + 20 for five reps last i counted

    i want to work on my overhand grip though

    i do all my deadlifts like that i never do it using straight grip i can only do it up to two plates only i could never do it with three

    try doing it straight grip lower weight to strengthen your grip

    Different zones on different days. Ideally you want more low intensity to increase overall endurance (zone 2) and mix that with an interval or high paced training to improve speed.
