    Sled push / Pull / Farmer Carry circuit

    This new gym is nuts

    They got kegs and farmer handles

    Weighted wheel barrows

    Tires and boulders

    Even the Yoke carry

    Looks like a dungeon. Reminds me of my first competition gym hell yea bro

    Wednesday - Upper Split - Vertical movements

    Saturday - Distance Run

    the other day this young lady got three sets of dumbbells and put them around herself like a f***ing shrine, all like 5 lbs diff from one another. like citch there are other people in this gym too!!!

    the other day this young lady got three sets of dumbbells and put them around herself like a f***ing shrine, all like 5 lbs diff from one another. like citch there are other people in this gym too!!!

    Bet she didn’t even rack them s***s after either. 🤬

    Yesterday someone grabbed a fixed weight barbell and came over and did the sets directly in front of the dumbbell rack lol…

    I legit just walked in front of him mid set and made him pause bc wtf r u doing bozo

    He stared at me the rest of the workout but I never looked at him once

    The bench for dumbbells was close enough that he was genuinely blocking the way to get by completely

    Try a StrongLifts/5x5 routine and eat more then find a 12 week muscle/bulking program after with your new strength

    Or you can just go straight to a bulking program where you’d have to up your carbs and protein

    Back in the gym struggling a bit with building up, didnt think a single 4 hour event would have this big of an impact for 1/2 weeks.
