Gained 10 lbs since July. But ive been stuck on the same weight for a while now. Gonna keep grinding

Been a while since I been in this thread, but dam this year is going fast.
Did a Hyrox pro 2 weeks ago in 1:17:00 and since then Ive been back in the gym an running on a very low intencity (low in zone 2). Applied with my dumbass to a 50k Trail run with some friends and I regret that s*** already. Weight has been constant on 86kg with 11% body fat and strength has been decent. Started doing weighted decline pushups as a second chest excercise and thats a killer. Feel great on my shoulders as well. Looking for some new goals and events for next year.

I could manage the texture but the awful aftertaste from the zero calorie sweeteners were too off putting. Tried with Allulose and hersheys zero sugar syrup, so I don’t know which one was responsible.
I have a few more recipes and alternatives to try but after that I’m kinda just like…”quest bars aren’t too expensive”

I basically mixed Allulose, protein powder, powdered peanut butter, hersheys zero sugar syrup, and cocoa powder together and then froze it

I feel like honey and brown sugar does the job. I tried last week and the taste was fine but I f***ed up the texture that was my issue
