    Idk my workout wasn’t crazy but my heart rate was between 140-170 the whole time

    Yall got any hypercaloric shake recipes i can try? Im at a point i struggle to put on weight but im still around 5kg away from my goal and i find it hard to fit more meals in my day. I wanted to try peanut butter, milk, honey, oats and banana

    I really like it for running cause I can track my distance and pace without carrying my phone

    Also the sleep data is really nice to have

    Third day on a PSMF. Cutting extra strict til Thanksgiving. Then probably back on til Christmas to see if I can get to the 181 mark and end the cut before the end of the year.

    I did a refeed in October for a physical conditioning test and the final leg of the cut has been hell since returning. Time to wrap this s*** up.
