    Calculator gave him around 15,000 cals for cutting - average he eats alrdy is about 12,000. and hes 5ft6 and 165lbs.

    I think its like you said just better tracking, he’s probably missing things like oil, and better tracking when eating out/alcohol.

    In general any advice you have?

    he is 5ft6 165 and he wants to cut ? that is dumb tell him to add another 10 lbs then cut from there i am 5'7 almost 5'8 at 173 last time i checked

    this year i went from 140 -> 123 -> 145 -> 165 -> 140

    when i read that number it sounds crazy but im not doing anything crazy aside from when i went from 123 to 145

    bulk up dont be 140 depend on your height

    5’11 im lifting weights like 3x week and doing muay thai other days i just need to eat more but i feel good and im really lean never tired or going hungry. ill try eating more next few weeks see how it treats me

    eat pnb sandwiches almonds nuts every like 2-3 hrs you will bulk up

    i used a nautilus pullover for the first time today and i don't think i've ever felt my lats light up like that before

    it's goated

    one of the main lat exercises I do and the width i've gotten is insane. also isolates it really well without using the arms which has always been the limiting factor for me

    Its hard for me to gain weight, been bulking since i got back to the gym more than a year ago, its difficult to outpace my metabolism, but since ive started ive gained almost 14kg so im happy overall. Seeing yall get great results on your own journeys as well gives me a lot of motivation!

    mainly yes but i am at the point where i am just maintaining strength and weight not looking to cut imo i canty speak for everyone on here
