have a question for everyone when you guys workout do you feel a lot of tension in like your bicep area where its to the point where you cant lift heavy or you have to stop and take like a 20 min break to let it rest?
i had this happen to me thursday for biceps and a bit today for shoulders

Nah I won’t give unsolicited advice. But I do have a 6th sense when someone’s bout to fail a bench set and have picked up a lot of bars off some people

i had this happen to me thursday for biceps and a bit today for shoulders
you need to stop going heavy on bicep, sounds like it’s getting inflamed
just go light until failure. you’ll get more with lighter wait for high reps
shoulder I would lower your reps and really focus on 6 clean heavy reps to avoid that pain

gym community today ain’t like gym community pre-covid so I don’t give advice anymore, but i do keep an eye out for anyone who’s obviously struggling
Didn’t know chalk helped with grip so much someone at my gym let me try some and I did a 450 deadlift with ease I might have to buy some

lol I’m sayin man. S***s super cheap too. Just make sure you get gym chalk and not drawing chalk it’s a different chemical. Academy or a store like that will get you two bricks for $10 and a brick will last forever

The guy who let me try it had a powerlifting background and gave me some good tips he recommended getting climbing chalk
