bro yes I hate the way it's directly correlated with your immune system like that. I even started taking vitamin c and other s*** to offset it and it still happens. hate those 4/5 day sick spells especially after i max or don't rest correctly
agreed so here is what i take
vit c d k2 with vit d i eat lots of ginger everyday with turmeric one helps with inflammation and one helps with sort throats then at night i take mega z magnesium zinc and b6 sometimes i may take a b12 i eat very clean no fast food pops sweets etc also because being t1 diabetic and i sleep 8 hrs
and i still got a cold or w.e

orange juice + beef gelatin powder
whole milk cottage cheese w raw honey
12 oz coffee + 4-6 oz of whole milk
easy 45-50 g of protein either to start your day or post workout
