    bro yes I hate the way it's directly correlated with your immune system like that. I even started taking vitamin c and other s*** to offset it and it still happens. hate those 4/5 day sick spells especially after i max or don't rest correctly

    agreed so here is what i take
    vit c d k2 with vit d i eat lots of ginger everyday with turmeric one helps with inflammation and one helps with sort throats then at night i take mega z magnesium zinc and b6 sometimes i may take a b12 i eat very clean no fast food pops sweets etc also because being t1 diabetic and i sleep 8 hrs

    and i still got a cold or w.e

    orange juice + beef gelatin powder

    whole milk cottage cheese w raw honey

    12 oz coffee + 4-6 oz of whole milk

    easy 45-50 g of protein either to start your day or post workout

    what is everyone's breakfast or super food hacks ?

    either 3 eggs + 4 slices bread + milk/tea and a fruit (add bacon on Sundays)

    or oatmeal with a scoop of protein, peanut butter, cinnamon and raisins

    i kinda stopped tracking macros a long time ago cause im just happy with 3 square meals and a scoop of protein (or extra scoop on oatmeal days) to reach my desired goals

    2 scoops oats (roughly 1 cup maybe less)
    Honey
    Almond Milk (unsweetened)
    Blueberries
    Chia Seeds

    Put in Fridge overnight

    I do two packs of oatmeal with a scoop of Cinnabon protein powder lol it’s insane. Usually eat that before going to the gym in the morning
