There used to be bad information that was commonly believed and circulated that your body only used a certain amount of protein at a time, but it was based on bad science and further research has refuted that.
But basically, no it doesn’t matter.
but the body definitely can take only so much protein in pure/powder form? at least digestion wise. if i do more than two scoops of <30g a day my shtummy sends me straight to pits of hell
i think taking 70 in one go is fine long as you can take it. if its purely in foods then yeah its totally fine
hittin yokes, farmers walk, sleds, pullups, n word today
I bought into the farmer walk hype and I gotta wonder if it’s really all that

Well yeah Zeus mentioned eating a chicken breast. 70+ grams in powder form will have you pissin out your ass in no time.

I like them how Zeus has em, on a General Physical Preparedness day in conjunction with sleds and stuff to increase work capacity. I run them in circuits with the sled. 60 yards pushing the sled, 60 yards carry, 60 yards pulling the sled then rest.
Normal lifting will see better muscle growth but adding GPP will help you go further in your future sessions
Why can't I lose this weight
(It's because I'm feasting on bullshit food)
What kinda bullshit food you feasting on?

pasta is quite literally the only thing i eat daily other than cottage cheese, i feel about pasta same way folks feel about rice--it is one of the best foods of all time

It’s a great carb, decent amount of protein in it too, but very easy to over eat
N word?

yeah it gives me a bit of a satisfying cardio feel, the yoke, sled, and farmer walk absolutely gas me out, i just do the rows and pullups just to get some extra back work in since the first lifts already activate those regions doing it. Yoke is super fun to me tho

not if you do six hours of gym and run a week
I bought into the farmer walk hype and I gotta wonder if it’s really all that
great for your grip, posture, forearms and conditioning. good for conditioning the rotator cuff, a place i hear common of folks complaining about areas of pain.
personally in my own experience, Nothing has made me feel a pump in my traps like this lift, so thats pretty much why i do it
I am slowly adopting more powerlifting/strongman stuff to my routines though, so im taking that into consideration too.

thats how i know i wont stop doing that thing appreciate the breakdown
i bought into how easy it is to do plus i remember doing it forever ago and it feeling very nice but all the YT videos i watched about it were quite unclear on its supposed benefits. like noone mentioned the rotator cuff stuff from what i saw and thats important to me

Def gonna put in work in the swimming pool these next couple of days

If you swim a lot you should start counting your calories. Studies show people that add swimming to their routine don’t lose weight despite the amount of calories it burns because it increases their appetite and then they eat too much carbonara
