Honestly don’t even need those 100 pages.
10-20 working sets per body part per week. 8-12 reps for muscle building. Below 5 reps for strength. Divided into 3-4 sessions a week. Add weight or reps every week to progressively overload.
All these new fitfluencers just repackage s*** we’ve known. The Soviet’s figured it all out decades ago
Weight lifting is pretty simple lift with decent volume or intensity, eat in a surplus, and get good sleep do all three with consistency and you’ll be alright

Yo, I’ve been grinding in the gym for a while (almost 9 years) and I’m seriously thinking about pursuing fitness professionally, either as a coach, influencer, or model.
I wanted to ask y’all for an honest critique of my physique, how do you think I stack up compared to some of the influencers/creators out there right now?
I’m also planning to go back to school to study fitness, nutrition, and marketing, so I want to approach this with real intention, not just vibes and fake guru bullshit
Here are a few recent pictures. Not claiming I’m elite or anything, just want real feedback.
Thanks.

Assuming your legs are proportionate to your upper arms/calves etc, I think you stack up preeeeeeetty damn well bro. You have good proportions and some bigass arms and CRAZY lats.
Also by the bicep flex in the last picture i can tell you have phenomenal muscle insertions lol, thats the ideal seperation that the bodybuilders want but sometimes cant have since genetics.
It just looks like a VERY well balanced swole physique that, in my opinion, will lead you to do good in the fitness world when you refine it with the studies and schooling you mentioned wanting to do bro.
It looks like you really put the time and effort to the gym with GREAT results and still looks like something thats attainable in the public views eyes should they stick to their Ps and Qs with fitness and eating, TBH.
If i was a newbie to the gym and you had already completed you schooling in whatever way you wanted to pursue it, I would trust you, highkey.
Hope you propser fam

Appreciate you heavy for this bro, thank you for the encouragement, it means a lot fr
It’s funny you said my lats are crazy cause IMO I think they’re acc lacking lowkey lmao, but Im probably tripping lol
My legs are pretty solid overall, but I know my quads still need more work if I really wanna take it to the next level. Been adding RDLs and heavy set split squats into my leg days recently and it’s been looking promising so far.

keto is crazy though what do you do for carbs and lucky your not t1 diabetic and have to give insulin if you did you could never survive being on a keto diet
idk if anyone does this but what i do for front delts is that i grab the 45s and turn them each side left right if like i was turning a wheel i do 3x10 anyone else do this
got sick so i'm gonna miss this week
just as i was starting to lock in my upper/lower routine

Yeah fr, diabetes runs deep in my family so I’ve always treaded real lightly with my diet. I’m not full-on keto, I just try to keep things clean and balanced. I get my carbs mostly from fruits (mainly berries), unsalted nuts, brown rice, sweet potatoes, and an ungodly amount of avocados
