so i got 2 gym member ships 1 is literally by my work so i go there in the morning then go to work right after
another is by my house i go there on off days plus its free parking
i dont go to the gym by my work because there is no free parking got to use a lot around and its average 30$ to park downtown

also is it good that i spread my leg workout routine through out the week of my workouts ?

I got these deals through work ones called Active&Fit and the other was GymPass now called WellHub
Cheap ass b****es at my company dropped them from our benefits so price went up slightly
I pay like $32 and $22 and go to two different gyms. One’s an anytime that’s near me the other is a strongman type warehouse gym.
Do most of the stuff by my house but I’ll typically do deadlifts/legs/GPP(sled, carry, wheelbarrow s***) at the other
Technically have access to like 10+ different gyms with it but just go to the two. Also get access to premium subscriptions for things like Strava, Hevy, and this stupid white noise app I use for sleep.
this meso was a complete failure, i f***ed up my shoulder so bad that it still hurts to rotate and on top of it i feel completely unmotivated to go. folded by week five. got my weight up but not going for a week and im entirely deflated muscle wise which is sad and scary. either not getting enough rest/sleep or the program is just too dumb. i might take it easy for the next few month just light weight more reps s*** til like july

poor bench technique and prob overloading on incline bench. just doing brickhead s*** for no reason like i hate bench press but still wanna add up more weight and do it (and my weight is light to begin with). shoulder been hurting when my arm is about 30 degrees up for an entire week and even though its been historically prone to hurting and i stretch before every workout its never been hurting like this

idk wtf i did but my right side of my inner groin muscle i have this sharp pain starting there going down kind of to my knee i did not feel anything pull i wonder if its just strained a bit

Massage gun might be able to help speed up recovery but yeah you just gotta wait it out with the shoulder s*** sometimes. One of those body parts you cant work through

can second Strong and i think its biggest advantage is that you can one-time purchase it and use it forever
it doesnt track mesocycles like RP app does but that thing is also $250/year and you can figure this out on your own for much less money
