    Nah basically no one in mask or gloves. I think limit is one hour technically but not even close to enforced

    Wore a mask the first day and people were starin at me like a weirdo. Then it snapped so I just said f*** it and been mask free there. If our city hadn't generally avoided covid in large numbers I prob wouldn't even go

    I been doing these in the video keeping it controlled and focusing on squeeze. Also using deep heat like 2-3 times a day

    at around the 13th mark i do a glut excercise to stregthen the gluts with weights like how you would see girls at the gym do with the long bars and weights

    you gotta strengthen your gluts and hamstrings do you squat or dead lift also stretch before and after it helps and when you stretch have been told you gotta hold it for 30 secs but i do it to around 20

  • Exercise is good for stress, but I can't focusing on working out when I'm too stressed. Just going to take it slow today, I guess.
