    I went yesterday, first time in 3 months , and uhm , now my. back is f***ed and my chest, idk if I should go to the gym today

    I played like 4 hours ball today, and every jump was painful asf

    I plan 2 do mostly cardio and some strength training to prevent crazy muscle loss

    Just started yesterday again.

    Right now im just trying to eat less than or about 1,800 cal.

    60g + of protein

    Little to no sugar.

    And less than 100g of carbs

    I also dont eat fast food.

    B4 covid i was at 157. Going hard.

    Now im at 174 i think

    dope, keep pushing bro

    look into high intensity / hit workouts to burn fat if you haven't already

    nutrition is important asf, if u keep that in check while working out still, you will def reach your goals

    im 5;'7 around there way around 183 also i look more toned also like lifting heavy but wanna get more toned and do around 12 min cardio what should i do to get more defined

    Man I always be working out but my diet still trash with lots of carbs and occasional sweets/junk food. It's hard to resist the temptation when your normal diet is carb-heavy and you don't have anything else to eat

    Carbs are not necessarily bad. My diet is extremely carb heavy bc I need energy to workout often

    I have the same problem. Getting your diet right is so hard, especially when you don't live at home and you have all the temptations in your eye sight.

    I been chillin on the sugar and sweets but I can't help myself eating junk foot and a lot of fat and carbs.

    Yea thats right, tbh most of the carbs I consume is like whole wheat bread. I just need to cut down on it

    1g protein per kg weight is plenty for maintenance btw.
