nice. got the half rack version of this in my garage. a full power rack wouldve been nice but i also needed space for the car. got a rogue bar too

no idea; i’ve been running a lot since i was 12(10 years) so i’ve never not been a string-bean. ill probably try bulking up whenever my legs can’t run high mileage, hopefully that day’s at least a few more years away though. i’d prefer to just be that 60-year old that looks 45 and goes on an hour jog every morning, just with a bigger upper body. if i hit 60
still, my weight fluctuates a lot; i could be 152 at the start of the week at 158 by the end, or vice versa. it’s usually somewhere in the 150’s though, lowest i’ve been is 145 this year
Bulking up is almost always counter beneficial to long distance running. Gaining mass(even in your legs) would only help if you want to do sprinting or other fast twitch running exercises(long jump etc)
