Is it rude to not say hi or wsup to people you know in the gym? I swear to god I hate that s***, every time I see someone I try to avoid them and just continue working out, but they deadass just be staring at me the whole time

been lockdownn in canada no gyms open buy weights for emergency purpose
haven't been in a week due to my gyms TRASH outside plan. They're saying that they will improve it in a couple weeks tho

So I made my own at home depot for $18
Each set ways 1.5 lbs, or 3 lbs for all 4
This way if I'm struggling on a exercise I can micro load past the plateau
This way I can go 1.5lbs to 3 lbs and finally 5 lbs added

Yea one is longer than the other, probably going to put it on my weak side
yo ive been overweight my whole life. I lost like 20 kg the last 5 months, and now im still kinda fat but i have zero muscle dawg.
So the last month I have been eating good and a lot of protein but still staying at a 400 calorie deficit. (by walking)I also lift weights, and im honestly really motivated to do this. But i can’t figure out if its actually possible to gain muscle this way and still lose some fat, or if im actually doing it the wrong way.
Might try this out. like how all you need is a pull up bar and maybe a weighted vest. Already got the pull up bar might have to look into the vest cause I def gonna need that for legs. Bodyweight squats/leg excercises a lil too easy.

It’s absolutely possible, especially since you’re new to lifting. I would probably say you should incorporate body weight workouts as well. Great way to build muscle and lose body fat. Keep lifting consistently too. Progressive overload. Increase the weight or the reps as you get stronger. You’ll see changes in your body just be consistent. Workout hard 5 times a week. 90% of your diet should be quality food. We all know what that is. You can get away with 1-2 cheat meals a week but don’t go overboard. Also remember cheat meal >>> cheat day
I need to optimize my routine/time in the gym cause I'm not growing as fast as I'd like overall.
I know muscles can only grow so fast and my diet aint helping so I really can't be upset
