Leg days are so unmotivating because of how weak I feel
I also don’t feel it in my legs and not to mention I get pains in my right knee
I tried dropping the weight but it’s not working because it feels too light

Go to physical therapy before it gets worse. Sounds like rotator cuff tendonitis

I don’t think there’s any damage but maybe my form, posture and other factors contribute to the knee irritation
Also I don’t feel tension on my legs just my knee
Fair enough, u can really go hard with calisthenics too but I feel like at that point lifting saves you time if you’re trying to build strength
Calisthenics pretty good if you’re tryna cut too. I want my abs to show up a little more so I’ve been incorporating it along with weight lifting. Gotta look good by spring

Make sure you’re keeping your elbows tucked in when you’re benching. The wider you flare out your elbows, the more tension you’re gonna put on your shoulders

cause since I was born I don't eat fruit & veggies like that, I deadass puke when I put em in mouth, s*** weird

I eat apples, bananas, beetroot, occasionally lettuce and that's about it for the s*** I tolerate

throw fruits and veggies in a shake with other stuff. Like Greek yogurt, pb, etc
if it's making you throw up and all you can eat is unhealthy stuff you might genuinely need to consider a food/ED therapist

Not a bad idea, I try and hit lower and obliques always, my upper is pretty defined already so more optional. Also people forget lower back is related to core too!!

before that, i had only ever done regular heel raises with dumbbells in each hand, but doing the above hit my calves in a way i never felt before
