so gyms opening in toronto but only up to 10 ppl allowed in the gym i know i would not wait outside in the cold to go to the gym but damn but what im reading you dont have to wear it while working out only if your moving machine to machine area to area or taking long rest periods

Im in Brampton. Im just glad its opened. I go to anytime fitness. Im glad they're realizing the gyms aren't responsible for most covid cases.

cardio/conditioning are a must. I've also found that intermittent fasting has been great at helping stay lean (I aim to have my fasting hours while sleeping, so if I finish eating at e.g. 8pm I won't eat again till 9 or 10am the next day)

Abs are really all about body fat and body fat distribution. Weight is irrelevant(although less weight is usually lower body fat). But yea, you’re probably higher body fat than 15% Bc that’s typically where the ab outlines start coming in. Cut to around 12% or less and you should have no difficulty seeing your abs in any lighting. For your current weight, that means losing 5-7 more lbs of fat.

Ab exercises are pretty irrelevant to ab definition especially when you’re not already low single digit body fat. And at that point you’re so lean that there’s really no reason your abs shouldn’t already be super pronounced. So yeah, if abs are your goal ignore any crunches or ab exercises and just cut more fat. The best ab exercise is the squat(any heavy compound) which you should already be doing !

Man my body's weight distribution is so WOAT

Was at 12.5% BF and was barely able to see my abs, even then it's a 4 pack, like all the weight I gain goes to the middle of my body. Nowadays I'm bulking and my ab-definition has become slightly better, even though I barely do ab exercises.
