My diet.
Because I was stalling for a while and going nowhere lol.
At one point I threw a b**** fit in the gym because learning the front squat was so difficult that I nearly gave up.
Also try to move up 5lbs every session vs 10 lbs after every 2nd workout.

Critical moves, I also found that increasing weight to a smaller degree to help with progress a tonne too

I microload my upper body with 1.25lb chains on each side so 2.5lbs total.
