    how dis happen bro?

    strained my pec back in like april and thought it healed up, but in actuality it was f***ing up my form while doing bench press/ohp and over time my shoulder just got worse

    i can still do a good amount of bodyweight exercises, just no pushups

    Nothing special just had my usual snacks but had to cram it all in bc work. Lost 3kg during uk lockdown 2 so I’m back in bulk mode 👿

    funny how uk is in lock down but not the gyms here in Canada were in lock down and gyms are closed

    Lockdown 2 ended here on dec 2nd. They claimed to have made gyms more accessible in the higher restrictions but tbh it’s the still the same. Gyms will still close here if/when there’s another lockdown

    Slowly seeing improvement

    Literally haven’t lifted and squatted in like two years so I’m starting from the bottom

    Went from 135 bench to 165 (Usually go for 4 sets/ 6-8 reps)in about a month or two

    And 205 squat.

    Not impressing anyone but it’s progress

    dropped from 157 last friday to 151 this morning, probably 150 tomorrow shame the face mask has to cover up this jawline
