Jeff is currently d*** free in my opinion but he isn't a natty.
He used to compete, had a roided out of his mind physique and then worked his way up as an influencer. Now he's potentially still juicing but his physique is not really suspicious. He's a midget, seems well proportionate, has decent body fat percentages and has a believable look in general.
But he ain't no natty. Once you hope on gear, it'll follow you your whole life. Some will be lucky enough to keep many of the benefits using gear (not talking about gains but hormonal disposition) as well as f***ing many things up in the process.
But yeah.

It is what it is. The rock obviously on gear too, so are all strongmen and even Israel adesanya.
I know Adesanya had his lil controversy but if he's on stuff it ain't for building muscle, it'll be for endurance maybe but even that's a stretch as his fighting style doesn't have a huge amount of output, like TJ Dillashaw who got busted for doping, and he's fought the same way for years. He's tall lanky guy and you can go back and watch fights from like 2008 till now, his body hasn't actually changed a whole lot.
As for a lot of bodybuilders and some of these fitness influencers, they cycle on and off steroids and are "natural" i.e. not on steroids by the time they go to competitions. Selling the dream is how they make their bread.
Some Hollywood guys are not natty and that's partly the reason you see them get in insane shape in a very short amount of time. Some are natty but have s*** diets which is why they get out of shape very quickly after filming ends, some aren't huge guys but are in shape and get a pump before they film a scene which is why they look huge, some are in genuinely great shape though and stay in shape between films.
