Damn B.. good results though
It seems like we’re on very similar paths too
im around the same weight rn with arms like 17.75. I was thinking of a 240’bulk but I feel as if it’s gonna be impossible
regardless I feel like I want this to be my last bull I do for a long ass time, Lol
Imma cut down to 190 in February
The only reason I bulked was for a powerlifting meet but I got injured & fuked that up
The only time I might ever bulk like this again is if I decided to jump on gear in my mid-30s

Wait how tall are you?
I’m currently at 158 pounds and like 5’ 9” and tryna get to like 170ish. Should I push for 180? Or is that too much

I’m 180 cm
I think u can go up to 180 lbs & stay sub 15% bf but it really depends on ur current lean muscle gains & where u store ur fats

Wow where very similar in height lol
I don’t have much lean muscle gains (Haven’t been working out much due to my sickness and gyms being closed). Unfortunately most of my fat is stored in my abdomen area, when I was 12.5% bf I my abs we’re BARELY defined
I’m just tryna bulk up for the most part tbh
Goals bruh
How long you been lifting for?
since 2015
really started hitting my stride in 2017, kinda been maintaining since tbh
got a long stronger this year tho

Literally slept all day but still feel sleepy
Why? Like why?
Maybe I didn't sleep as much as I thought I did
Seeing everyone else itt makes me want to switch over to bodybuilding but I'll stick to strength training tbh.

I’m kidding, I just do push, pull, legs, push, pull, legs, and vary some of the exercises outside of compound for each day

It's going to take probably 2 years before my body is ready for push pull legs.
Once I stall on fierce 5 novice, I'm going towards "The Bridge" By Barbell Medicine.
Heard nothing but good stuff about it
Just found out they moved my schedule back to days because I will end up working in a neighboring city
Going to sleep early as a b**** and wake up early as f*** to hit the gym at graveyard hours
