I quit working out & running over the past 30 days because it kinda became an enabler of my eating disorder. Starting to get treated and slowly moving back into a place where I want to work out again. Any chance someone can point me towards a basic dumbbell workout I can do from home that lasts around 30 minutes, or one that you use that you reccomend?

if you aint got a spotter just bench in the squat rack fr. I'd rather have stares than die in a gym by my lonely
you can also do chest workout on the floor instead of a bench for dumbbells though i have been told it strengthens your bench to when you go do it again you become faster on the lift
triceps and biceps my favourite workout it's easy to get definition on both that's why i like it so much.

before all this i was just strictly lifting heavy i use to do 3 plate squats not all the way down just like half or a bit more down you gotta have strength to go back up be careful man
one thing that came out of this virus going on for me from working out at home, i have concentrated more working out my shoulder and the smaller muscles because before i use to do legs and shoulders same day, it was brutal but i know i was not focusing more on my shoulder, now with being at home i can focus more on it, also i have a shoulder problem so i can strengthen the muscle more also i had a curved spine now i have been doing face pulls a lot more and my back/posture looks more straight, and i have seen more a definition from not always lifting heavier like i was doing at the gym,because now i only have up to 55 adjustable weights, but one thing that is a b**** lol i workout up to 2:30 hours though so just keep focused guys hopefully we pull through and we can come out of this pandemic looking better and feeling stronger
Is lifting outdoors in 30 degree weather safe? Have no other option with gyms shutting down again
