How often y’all allow cheat days? Once a week or u try to space em out more?
I have a cheat meal once a week. But I usually have it the day of my toughest workout.
I think having a cheat day is too much tbh you might undo your hard work by doing that imo
man it's the opposite for me
I hate eating this much
I thought I would f*** with bulking cause I love food and eating but its such a struggle to eat that much food
Which is better barbell rows or dumb bell rows
Both have pros and cons I think. Barbells easier to progress with but with dumbbells you can work more on your control. More range of motion on the DB but it can lead you to work one side more than the other unlike if you have a barbell on a rack. Good to incorporate both
ahh okay. I think you should be safe, but if you do decide to take it, you should drink ALOT of water with it (which you have to anyways
it would be safer to check with your doctor or dietitian first as it could effect people differently, im sure there's more info on some diabetes subreddits as well
here's a solid website I found on taking creatine and having diabetes: https://diabeticmuscleandfitness.com/creatine-and-diabetes-the-ultimate-guide/

I've never taken creatine in pill form but in general as long as you're getting 5g a day you should be fine. If you're taking in anymore than 5g in a day you just piss out the rest, it's useless.
I just looked up the brand you bought and they look like they have good reviews, but just remember not everyone may react the same to the same supplements, so just experiment with your first dose and if you notice any significant changes in your blood sugar levels then pause and reassess if it works for you,
