Should I start my routine Monday I’m bummed out today also any fasting tips?

18 hours and 6 hour feeding window but not like super specific on the windows just general gist. Usually sleep from 11:00 PM on weekdays wake up at noon lift. Drink some green tea post workout at like 1:00. Eat a f*** ton of food after 4pm until I fall asleep again

I mean i usually only end up eating 2000-2400 calories a day which still feels like a lot. I workout M-F and then Rest on saturday and sunday. Usually 1 hour to 1:30 min a day. Basketball and tennis for cardio sometimes on the weekends not too much anymore cause pandemic

Just in general lol, but I did injure my knee squatting a few years ago and stopped training legs altogether, feels alot better now tho
leg day is so stressfull

I had to drop all the weight and start over just to make sure I got form down right. Could feel form breaking as weights got higher
can't wait to lift tomorrow
Going today bro, been thinking about it all weekend. Finally getting back into a rhythm and I f*** with it. I have to run to my GNC and pick up some blender cups and some more protein, but I’m super amped to go

Dude leg day is a necessary evil. I f***ed up my back dead lifting though and it really got me all types of ways about it lol

I been hitting a plateau for so long on these last 20 lbs of this cut. Been trying to drop 2 lbs a week but I think I’m not eating enough calories throughout the day. Y’all think I should just eat around losing 1 lb per week instead?

try a diet break. i had a plateau in mid november and through the holidays (mostly december til like 2 weeks ago) ate around maintenance & still tracked then the last 2 weeks i’ve been slowly cutting back again and i broke the plateau today finally
are all of you home gyming it or in a actual gym
Actual gym in suburbs of big city. Pretty chill barely any people at times ago so not to worried about covid risk

Push day on a Monday and all the resolutioners are gone
I think at my gym we still got a few of them straggling but I hit the gym a little early today since I don’t work so that might be why it was so busy
