I wouldn't be looking at these hollywood guys as they often balloon when out of roles because the diets they go on aren't sustainable and they can get in and out shape quickly because of steroids.
Best advice would just be to eat healthy and eat well (good portions, food is fuel), if you've got dumbells that are 20-30kg you can get a lot done (squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, thrusters/push press, farmers walks and you can superset some of those), plus bodyweight exercises, add regular cardio (jogging, sprints/hill or stair sprints). Ultimately body comp is better to go by as you might end with a really nice athletic physique and be closer to 190 than 185. Body shape/genetics (e.g. long torso/short torso etc) can effect how cut you look at certain weights.

Went hiking on Friday and played soccer on Sunday. Still recovering from DOMS in my quads, calves, hips, sides and upper back/shoulders. Feel like I can't work out at all right now
think I’m back at preCOVID strength level
