I like greg a lot for training tips, I used to follow athleanx for like 2ish years, but when I was doing his stuff I didn't grow much. I've found the biggest help for me has been changing my training philosophies and being more goal oriented like greg talks about. ex. if im bulking I dont care about having abs anymore, if im cutting then my max reps aren't important etc

Nippy is nice, just remember that empiracle scientific data doesn't always translate to the best option in practice. So if you think something is better for you and it goes against the science just stick with it.

Standard blood work doesn't include testosterone, you'll have to get that checked separately.
I have some experience with this and just by looking at your pic, you have the physique of somebody with low T so definitely bring that up to your doc and see what you can do about it. Training and diet won't get you far if your hormones are f***ed up.
btw if you also suffer from depression/anxiety, have little facial hair, have trouble sleeping, don't get any morning wood (this is the biggest one), then you can be sure you have low testosterone.

Just tell your doc all that stuff about having a hard time putting on muscle, sleep, depression, feeling like crap, etc. and that you suspect you might have low T. Then you go get your hormones checked with some blood tests. Usually, multiple blood tests spread out over several days are needed because levels can fluctuate quite a bit.

Keep it clean where you can. Lots of nuts. Nut butter. Avocados, Greek yogurt, chia seeds on everything, dark choclit, tuna, chicken, breasts, oatmeal, lentils
