New to this s***, forearms more sore than biceps the day after biceps curls. Am I doing this s*** completely wrong? I checked my form according to multiple videos and I don't think I'm way off as the symptoms might suggest
Is it normal for forearms to be engaged during a bicep curl?
Focus on slowly contracting the biceps as you lift the weight up instead of just getting the weight from point A to point B

ya i have an arm day to, to focus on both sides but if you do it more then once a week its over doing it imo because your bis an tris work other parts to when your exercising
