    Yeah, it’s amazing. I pushed my squat from 315 max to 465 in a year and a half doing it. Would highly recommend

    Out of curiosity, whats the most relatively accurate way to calculate body fat% for a man? Navy calculator?

    How accurate are these handheld BF% measuring devices? Measured them from the ones they provided at the gym couple of times, but once it read 11% and the other time 18%. To be fair though I barely got any abs on me and look somewhat flabby all around

    body fat scanner but that prolly gonna cost a decent amount of money to get it done at a place

    Kinda, but I think it’s if you engage heavily into legs though some people I knew said that’s false. Though that didn’t stop me from working out

    Slow progress is everything

    Pushing too far too quick will injure you and put you behind 6mos. I just did this
