    Once it’s a habit you don’t even think about it anymore

    It’s the first thing I do every day. Wake up and hit it. Don’t even have time to think.

    Did some leg work a couple days ago, first time in a year. Obv it hurts but im getting used to it.

    How am i gonna do leg day again

    Im doomed

    I’m telling y’all taking edibles after leg day is a gamechanger. It’s made leg day highlight of week. Honestly feel like my recovery is sped up too. Entire lower body is tingling right now
