started doing 16/8 intermittent fasting since last week, feel like its making me way more productive for some reason.
For those of you on Ramadan, what do you eat / do to make sure you maintain size/ strength, and also feel capable when it comes to lifting?
what were you using before?
I worded it wrong, I mean I got ones with metal handles.
Had ones like these before and the rubber ripped and I've been having to tape them pretty much everyday.

just ended a month-cut and entered maintenance phase since three days. will maintain maintenance during Ramadhan and begin a new bulk afterwards. tried to lower my caloric intake as much as possible to find it easy.
I should say, past three months I have completely ignored hypertrophy blocks and simply followed strength programs thru & thru but yea f*** it not really focused on how i'm lookin rn but here's how we lookin


Deadlifted 440lbs, squatted 352lbs and 152lbs for OHP. And we're only getting started I swear to god.
small physique update. currently 75kg wanna bulk to 80kg or so and then do a small mini cut. also wanna add more size to my chest and lower lats
