No ab workout can remove that. Just build muscle. You have to diet it off
I'm f***ing 175 and I'm only 85 pounds away from my deadlift goal of 306.
I think if I safely continue eating right and lifting slowly I can make it with a belt in two months.
After that I need a hypertrophy work out plan to build my muscle to look better

my lifting game been decent recently
I just started 130pounds exercises a week ago....most I can go for atm is 70 reps per session (I worked on my forearms / grip / curls / presses for 6 months before that tho)
I dunno if thats a lot or too little but I've always been that skinny hands type...like anyone could literaly wrap his/her hands on my wrist
I'm far from bodybuilding but at least I'm doing some kind of building
