    the motivation everyone on this post should is to workout hard, do your best at it,listen to music that motivates or have something the drives you to workout i know its tough sometimes not to have the motivation to do it but always try to have that drive in you

    i feel you on this. i've been hovering around 1500 calories daily for a few weeks now, don't think i can cut more without drastically affecting my macros.

    unfortunately haven't seen much improvement -- wondering if HIIT will help.

    just do some sort of steady cardio and eat less. Like walking on an incline treadmill or stairmaster

    They generally recommend 1g protein per lb of body weight you weigh

    I’m only like 165 rn but I’ve noticed a big difference in my body composition when I aim high (200) then when I only hit my minimum amount

    I’m 220 rn so I should probably keep it up there steadily.

    I havent done Cardio in like a month.

    Hitting the weights is just more fun in terms of gym activity. Cardio is something you gotta do outside

    150 would be ideal for me

    Been a struggle waking up early enough to load breakfast up with protein.

    Adding some protein powder to oatmeal is my go to...

    But it’s only like 15 g

    I’m going to have make drastic changes to my eating habits to get to 150 g

    Had PT at 7:30 this morning. Now it 9am and I'm at work just gassed out. Knee throbbing a little bit. Cant wait til I can get past the recovery stage and just move to the workout stage.
