Has anyone else’s idea of what you find attractive in a woman changed after you started working out? Lmao this sounds bad but I’m starting to only like girls who are lean or who look like they take care of themselves at the gym. It’s jarring fam.
I was looking at fatphobia and if this makes me that but I don’t know honestly. I don’t treat people any differently it’s just an admiration of the discipline to work out that’s commendable imo. I think subconsciously knowing how difficult it is to be committed to the gym while living life has shifted my outlook.
alright it’s bulking season
accomplishing this goal by any means necessary this time

Anyone here use green tea for fat burning
People in the IF community use it as a way of not breaking your fast. So when we fast we can drink water and green tea. But not sure how it works in isolation. Fasting for longer leads to more benefits in fat burning so that’s how it’s linked. Allows us to cheat in extending our fasting window

but ever since i started training
ain't nothin like tight fit bubbly cheeks
what type of workouts would yall recommend if I want to build muscle and burn body fat? Right now I run 3.5 miles every other day, followed by 100 pushups, 50 incline pushups, 50 decline pushups. and pullups.
I used to lift often before the pandemic but I live in the country country now so there aren't any gyms around. So I'm trying to achieve this without a lot of weights
I have a barbell with a set of 20 lb plates and 2 sets of 10 lb plates. I think I should continue with my routine but I've often heard that too much cardio will make your physique look "flabby and soft" rather than chiseled and toned....
im less than 7kg / 15lbs away from my weight goal. i’ll get off Keto and switch a Paleo diet (introduce complex carbs) and by then i’ll be working out regularly (i hope)
How is your progress? Did you ever start working out regularly?

Buy a gym membership right now (if you can) don’t even think about it just do it
I actually feel this big time. Working out has done wonders for my mental health. I can get really bad mentally (especially during the lockdowns here) and now I actually can imagine how much worse I’d feel if I didn’t have the gym. And yeah it’s seriously boosted my confidence. Plus I’m pleased with the progress I’m making; I find it hard to feel proud of myself but this is one area where I genuinely am. I’m so happy to look forward to each workout and literally never see them as a chore
🥺
How long u plan on bulking for
all summer if i can help it, problem is i get really bad ibs and my stomach gives out sooner or later
Crazy successful workout yesterday. 3k calories. Decent sleep.
Gonna be a struggle for breakfast though.
8k steps yesterday on top of my PT pushing me hard. Knee feeling it today. But not in a bad way. A good way. Also rode my bicycle to and from my favorite bar/pool hall that has been closed for 15 months and got 50 'zone minutes' according to fitbit. Got to hang out with my best friend that I've known for 20 years.
It's all coming together lads
Every day better than the last against all odds. (shouldnt have had 3 drinks but c'est la vie)
just completely f***ed myself on my this one rep of sumos
idk what happen but my back is f***ed

I recommend hot baths for recovery, make a noticeable difference in my experience whenever I feel roughed up after a session (as hot as you can stand for 20min)
