    I'm not really jacked nor like bulked out just kind of in the middle ig

    Still pretty weak -- for 5 reps -- like 275 deadlift and 225 squat and 185 bench

    Haven't worked out in 3 years but used to do it hella from 14-18 but past few years just lost gains

    for me i would have to be like 200 to lift as much as u

    i workout from home because the gyms r closed in canada since last year around September so i only got 52 adjustable's i use to do 3 plate squats to 95 dumbbells with chest
