    My chest arms and shoulders always look insane after workout they just look bland day to day when I’m resting

    Just hard to hit macros usually consistent 4/7 days but other 3 free for all not enough protein or Cals

    5 lbs from 2 plates and chest is nowhere near as aesthetic as I thought it would be do I just need to change my diet even more load up on protein

    how much you weight doing 2 plate chest ?

    Its like i don't know how much longer i can keep progessive overloading guess I thought I'd have my ideal phyisque when I hit my strength goals gotta refocus now

    so your 160 an doing to plate chest? if so i weight around 185 at 5'7 can its hard for me to do 2 plate chest

    two plates is two 45s each side so its 4 man thats 180 so if your doing 220 1 rep that is pass 2 plates

    i was talking about the bar itself its usually 20 pounds but some are bigger an thicker maybe thats why
