    I played 3 games of 5v5 and I was ass in like all of them cause I sprained my mcl last week and I couldn't drive

    A new dude came on the court and they kicked me off for him

    My self worth gets tied up in performance sometimes and it's just like cause I know I can do way way better but it's like damn all these ppl even regulars are the gym are judging me

    i started taking cretin today, but only after the workout i took 2 pills of the akeline one? is it ok to only take 2 pills afterword the workout or do i gotta take 4 pills like it saids? also i know i have to take it on my rest days to but is 2 good enough to take or more?

    Less than 10 carbs a day.

    Eggs, sausage, cheese, low carb protein, ground beef, heavy whipping cream, sour cream, lettuce, taco meat, cheese again...

    Pretty much all I eat.

    this sounds kinda grim but looks like it's working well for you

    i started bulking 2 months ago 3500 cal
    5'11 i think im like almost 190
    im thinking about going to 200 or 210 depends, i just want to fill out a lot more

    was wondering if theres some guidelines or something for bulking
    or if its just more how you feel
