    A slight defecit will most likely give you recomp if you eat your protein goal and lift heavy af

    my diet is mostly protein anyways, keeps me full the longest

    .8-1g per lb of body weight is pretty standard for men

    Don't even need that much tbh, think studies say even .5g/lb is optimized for strength and muscle gain.

    .7-.8g/lb is nice though because it keeps you away from most trash pantry foods in your diet.

    for some reason i just feel more comfortable hearing my surroundings when im throwing heavy weights

    Tried hitting the gym by myself...accomplished literally nothing. I see why people have trainers/ gym buddies now cuz i felt like I wasn’t pushing myself hard enough

  • Learning the body and how it reacts to these changes you put it through is fascinating af to me..

    S***s becomes you at a certain point, health is such an actual lifestyle.
